Abstract: 

In addition to IDU’s regular quarterly review of important developments in preventing, prosecuting, and treating drunk and drugged driving and serving the needs of accident victims, this issue includes two important articles on the effects of PTSD on veterans with special focus on the condition’s impact on driving. Regular departments review recent research, legislation, enforcement programs, and the literature.
