Abstract: 

This article discusses a national survey concerning highway safety priorities and drunk driving, an alcohol moderation advocate’s drunk driving accident, a survey about citizens’ knowledge of BAC laws, motor vehicle theft statistics, the Century Council, and the passage of the 0.08% BAC limit.
