Abstract: 

This article discusses the possible gender bias behind The Intoxilyzer 5000„¢, The discussion that alcoholism is a developmental disorder due to the abuser’s choice to use or not, the marijuana market in Canada, lawsuits causing the potential devaluation of tobacco and other major industries, and a hit and run death of an immigrant in New York.
