Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases dealing with campus issues involving a student’s lawsuit based on unlawful arrest (university police have authority to arrest under protection order), a lawsuit against University of Maryland, College Park based on First Amendment rights (university policy restricting speech ruled constitutional).
