Abstract: 

Supervised residential services for offenders living in the community: €¢ Contribute to reducing reoffending; €¢ Contribute to risk management and public protection; €¢ Have the ability to work with various categories of offenders; and €¢ Provide added value to other efforts being employed to reduce reoffending and further victimization.
