Abstract: 

This conversation, recorded in July 2020 between Rosemary Ricciardelli and Donald Evans, discusses Don’s early years in corrections, the changes that have taken place in the field, the need for practitioners in the field to seek out collaborations with academic researchers, and the key challenges faced by communities and the justice system.
