Abstract:
Cornell Law Professor and Justia columnist Sherry F. Colb further examines some of the unforeseen consequences of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, including that women lack a right against the government forcing them to remain pregnant against their will, that religious tolerance of child marriage (permitted in 44 states), which in effect legalizes statutory rape, forced pregnancy and birth.
