Abstract: 

The issues explored in these six reviewed books deal with Latino experiences with the criminal justice system, electronic monitoring, mass incarceration, and the juvenile justice courts and corrections. Howell, published by Lexington Books (2015); and “A Handbook for Evidence-Based Juvenile Justice Systems” by James C. Howell, Mark W. Lipsey, and John J. Wilson, published by Lexington Books (2014).
