Abstract: 

The Home of Red Collar, in Beilun District, Ningbo, China, is a non-profit sponsored community service organization based on voluntary work. Community clients along with volunteers complete a variety of community service tasks. After discharging their court obligations, clients can accumulate extra points to be exchanged for “love coupons,” which can “buy” other services, such as tickets for theatrical performances; activity cards such as fitness tickets; household cleaning cards; water and electricity maintenance cards; pipeline dredging cards; beauty salon cards; and insurance and medical cards.
