Abstract:
A recent Indiana case is the latest chapter in the continually unfolding case law in which donors and their survivors argue over donees’ use of contributed property. The case is St. Mary’s Medical Center, Inc. v. Vincent McCarthy (829 N.E.2d 1068, 2005 Ind. App. LEXIS 1159 (June 29, 2005)).Keywords:
