Abstract:
Usually, any outstanding indebtedness between a private foundation and its disqualified persons is a prohibited act of selfdealing. Although the rules are complicated and can be tricky to work with, the regulations do provide some useful exceptions. A good example of this appeared in a recent private letter ruling, PLR 200729043.Keywords:
