Abstract:
Board meetings are the forum through which governance decisions are made and board business is conducted, and a foundation’s effectiveness at conducting board meetings contributes to the foundation’s effectiveness overall. In addition, well-run board meetings provide a mechanism by which board members fulfill their duties of care, loyalty, and obedience to the foundation.
