Abstract: 

This issue is devoted principally to a series of important U.S. Supreme Court and federal appeals court decisions on aspects of federal and state sex offender registration and community notification statutes and regulations. The complete issue also includes, in addition to the separate articles listed, brief coverage of the U.S. Attorney General\'s recently released new guidelines for victim and witness assistance and new report by Nicole Pittman and Quyen Nguyen summarizing statutory provisions and practices governing juvenile sex offender registration and notification.
