Abstract: 

The National Coalition of Victims in Action began in November 2004, with the monetary assistance of a HOPE grant from the Office for Victims of Crime of the U.S. Department of Justice. However, the work that has gone into the formation of this coalition started many years ago. This article represents the hopes and dreams of 21 board members who are the founders of the National Coalition of Victims in Action. The Internet has turned out to be the worst demon one could ever fear to meet, because it offers to satisfy your every lust and desire—at the expense of your soul.—A convicted sex offender under supervision The facts. One in four homes in America have at least one computer. Estimates suggest that approximately one million women are victims of cyberstalkers and nearly five million children receive online solicitations in a year.
