Abstract: 

Liberty Aldrich, Esq., Director of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault and Family Court Programs at the Center for Court Innovation, briefly highlights some important cases in which the courts have permitted the introduction of evidence from risk assessments in granting protection orders, custody, and sentencing decisions.
