Abstract:
Although quick fixes to disruptive behavior and other school discipline problems are highly desirable, experienced educators know such solutions rarely have a long-term effect. The three-tiered model of schoolwide discipline strategies developed by Hill Walker and colleagues (Walker et al., 1996) clearly illustrates the point that schools must implement interventions at multiple levels of prevention in order to successfully address problem behaviors.Keywords:
