Abstract: 

In Customized Minimum Payment Disclosures Would Provide More Information to Consumers, but Impact Could Vary, The Government Accountability Office noted that consumer groups and financial educators believe that customized disclosures would reduce the tendency of cardholders to make minimum payments, but credit card issuers disagreed, saying that few cardholders make minimum payments in any case.
