SEC Proposes Open End Investment Fund Liquidity Risk Management Rules

Abstract:
In September 2015, the Securities and Exchange Commission proposed rules and related rule amendments relating to open-end fund liquidity risk management. This column summaries the proposed rules and then presents a sampling of the many comments filed in response to them by a broad array of industry participants.
