Abstract: 

In a recent issue, we reviewed Betsy Ramsey’s excellent guide for stalking victims, “Stop the Stalker–A Guide for Targets”. She has also written another excellent three-part guide on the issue of whether it makes sense to relocate and assume a new life with a new identity: a victim’s guide, “New Name, New Life – A Guide to Relocation and Legal Identity Change”, an advocate’s guide,”Victim Advocate Guide to Relocation and Legal Identity Change”, and a formbook,”Attachments”.
