Abstract:
This article discusses the sides of the argument and makes a case for a national database combining the various components of the subject, and the technical issues involved. It is based upon a report by the Rand Corporation commissioned by DALTCP, the Office of Disability, Aging, and Long-Care Care Policy, a sub-division of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).Keywords: DALCTP; Rand Corporation
