Abstract: 

This research review summarizes the major findings and conclusions of “Assessing Undue Influence” by Daniel A. Plotkin, James E. Spar, & Howard L. Horwitz focuses on the proper scope for this expert testimony and “All Elder Abuse Perpetrators Are Not Alike: The Heterogeneity of Elder Abuse Perpetrators and Implications for Intervention” by Shelly L. Jackson updates Dr. Rosalie Wolf’s 1990 chapter examining elder abuse perpetrators.
