Abstract:

The Arrestee Drug Abuse Monitoring (ADAM) program collects self-report data and urine specimens from arrestees in 34 cities from across the United States. This article hypothesizes that this data can be desegregated in order to analyze drug use data within the city of Houston. With this preliminary hypothesis, the authors project methods that can be used to carry out such a study.
