Abstract:
This paper defines and clarifies a central concept in evidence based practices (EBP): that high-risk offenders should be placed in appropriate treatment services and that low and moderate risk offenders should not receive the same intensity of services. This concept is better defined in order to inform the reader on how to more effectively implement evidence based practices. Keywords: best practices; evidence based practice
