Abstract: 

A look at three new resources focusing on women leaving prison: a communications specialist reports on conversations and interviews conducted with women leaving prison; a collection of articles that examine and assess the reintegration and survival struggles of women reentering their communities from Australian criminologists; and a 16-article handbook of critical overviews of topics central to an understanding of the relationship between gender (women in particular) and crime from American criminologists.
