Abstract: 

The complete issue includes links from table of contents entries to articles, and link article continuations, to facilitate reading. It also contains the regular “Worth Reading” and “From the Courts” articles which feature “Damaged Goods: Exploring Predictors of Distress in Prison Inmates” by Andy Hochstetler, Daniel S. Murphy and Ronald L. Simons 50(3) Crime and Delinquency 436 (2004) and U.S. v. Arthur, 367 F.3d 119 (2d Cir. 2004) respectively. Also, featured in this issue is “Trauma, Abuse, and Crime: The Neurological Link” by Henry R. Cellini, which discusses the relationship between the brain and crime and abuse.
