Abstract:

It also contains the regular “Worth Reading” and “From the Courts” which feature “Rolling Beyond Raves: Ecstasy Use Outside the Rave Setting” by Miriam Williams Boeri, Claire E. Sterk, and Kirk W. Elifson 34(4) Journal of Drug Issues 831 (2004) and Booker v. U.S., 125 S. Ct. 738 (2005) respectively. This issue also features “Prison Painter Pleas for Policy and Practice Changes,” which highlights an ex-offender’s call for a restructuring of unreasonably harsh drug laws.
