Abstract: 

This is the second part of a two-part article whose purpose is to offer a basic understanding of the concept of risk, the current state of the art knowledge on prediction of criminal behavior with a special focus on understanding the causes and implications of sexually violent behavior. In particular, this second part of this article will consider, among other things, risk assessment concerns, methods of risk assessment, and the current adult risk assessment instruments.
