Abstract:
Re-entry is a newly voguish term, one without legal meaning, which simply describes the return to the community of one who was recently incarcerated. But, return to who, where, why, with what consequences, and with what help is what the new re-entry discussion is about. Keywords: Ozzie Mann Wright, re-entry, Southern Ohio Correctional Facility, Delancey Street Foundation
