Abstract: 

The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania holds that the Frye test of admissibility did not apply to a Ph.D. psychologist who offered expert testimony that defendant met the statutory requirements for registration as an Sexually Violent Predator (SVP) upon release from imprisonment.
