Abstract:
The Third Circuit finds that the use of a property as a drug and alcohol treatment center qualified as a dwelling under the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. ยง 3604(f)(1), and a zoning ordinance prohibiting such use likely violated the Act.Keywords: Lakeside Resort Enterprises, L.P. v.
