Abstract:
A mother brings a suit in federal court for damages, claiming a violation of Due Process in that the named defendants failed to provide a medical evaluation (which, presumably would have led to preventive care) and, thus, prevent the death of suicidal post-release detainee Coscia.Keywords: Coscia v.
