Abstract:
The 2005 WI legislation explicitly forbids a recognized form of clinical treatment; it implicitly rejects GID as a recognizable medical or mental health condition; and it implicitly seeks to overrule well established constitutional law that prisoners are entitled to appropriate treatment for their serious medical conditions.Keywords: Fields v.
