Abstract:

After Cameron Leftwich committed suicide in the Dakota Co., Minn. Jail, his father brought a suit against a number of jail employees, the city of Eagan, and some police officers. County of Dakota, 2021 WL 3671277 (8th Cir.), that judgement is upheld, as we explain in this review.
