Abstract:
In Cameron v. Bouchard, 815 Fed. Appx. 978 (6th Cir. 2020), the court reviewed a challenge to a preliminary injunction involving COVID-19 as applied to the Oakland, Michigan, jail. There are twenty-two requirements provided for in the injunction and readers should study such requirements as a useful guide to a jail’s proper approach to this insidious virus. Keywords: Cameron v.
