Abstract: 

Derek Ortiz, convicted of three bank robberies is sentenced to 135 months in prison along with a variety of conditions for supervised release. Ortiz and the local federal defender choose not challenge the conviction or the prison term, instead they challenged the rather boiler plate conditions of release three separate times summarized in this article.
