Abstract:
One of the best ways to stay current with the growing use of electronic monitoring in Europe is attending the annual conference on EM held each year by the Confederation of European Probation. The CEP hosted its 9th Electronic Monitoring conference, “Electronic Monitoring, Probation and Human Rights” in Frankfurt/Offenbach, Germany in December 2014. This article, by two of the conference coordinators, briefly summarizes some of the most significant presentations.Keywords: Confederation of European Probation 2014 Conference
