Abstract:
This article examines Commonwealth v. John W. Canadyan, Jr., a case that highlights some of the difficulties related to GP S monitoring of sex offenders, then reviews national policy and legislative trends toward employing GP S technology in enforcing sex offender registration and notification laws.Keywords: GPS as condition of probation; virtual parole officer
