Abstract:
This article discusses the case of a man who jumped off of a bridge while intoxicated to escape arrest and the lawsuit filed against the bar he was at on the grounds of unlawfully selling alcohol to a man who was obviously intoxicated, resulting in his death.Keywords: Osborne v.
