Abstract: 

This article discusses the prevalence of drunk driving, traffic cameras being used to catch speeding drivers, academic enhancement drugs and driving, alcohol related fatality rates among different ethnic groups in New York , seat belts, Dawn Wells’s impaired driving incident, and cars that run on hydrogen.
