Abstract: 

This article discusses the Vatican’s Ten Commandments for motorists, The World Health Organization’s fight to lower the legal BAC for drivers, Native Americans’ response to alcohol related traffic deaths, a law enforcement officer’s DVD on how to conceal drugs, a woman arrested for driving with a 0.50% BAC, Australia’s approach to preventing binge drinking, driver’s licenses being used to find suspects, drugs that can be applied to addiction treatment, and the relationship between brain injury and the cessation of addiction.
