Impaired Driving Update

Abstract: 

This article looks at a case in which the defendant was stopped on suspicion of drunk driving after an officer observed him sitting at a green light and not driving through until the light was yellow. It also follows the claim by the defendant that the officer did not have probably cause to stop him.
