Abstract: 

This article discusses a discrepancy in teen alcohol consumption data, treatment admissions data on alcohol, a policeman’s charge of manslaughter after driving drunk, Ireland’s move to number one in alcohol consumption per capita, books aimed at youth about the hip hop generation’s drug scene, and two bus drivers falling asleep at the wheel.
