Abstract: 

Reviews: “Personality, Executive Control, and Neurobiological Characteristics Associated With Different Forms of Risky Driving” by Thomas Brown, Marie Oulmet, Manal Eldeb, Jacques Tremblay, Evelyn Vingills, Louise Nadeau, Jens Pruessner, & Antoine Bechara; the authors attempt to identify the personality, executive control, and neurobiological characteristics that can help distinguish different types of drivers who engage in risky driving. “Adolescent Neurodevelopment of Cognitive Control and Risk-Taking in Negative Family Contexts”by Ethan McCormick, Yang Qu, & Eva Telzer; the authors of this article conduct a longitudinal study to assess the effect of the parent-child relationship on changes in adolescent risk-taking over time. “Driving Through the Great Recession: Why Does Motor Vehicle Fatality Decrease When the Economy Slows Down?” by Monica He; the author of this article attempt examines how macroeconomic fluctuations may influence deaths due to motor vehicle crashes.
