Abstract: 

The complete issue contains all articles listed in the table of contents page and includes links from table of contents entries to articles, and hyperlinked article continuations, to facilitate reading. Also included are short treatments of the DOT’s plan, “The Road to Zero,” is touted as a “simple vision”-zero fatalities on our roads, and a showing that a defendant may have been “sleep driving” is relevant to whether act of driving was volitional.
