Abstract: 

A useful discussion of the constitutional rights of students who are challenging academic determinations, a high school district and a group of parents sue after the Educational Testing Service (ETS) invalidates an entire set of scores of students who had taken Advanced Placement (AP) tests at the high school premises due to irregularities at the testing site, and in a case involving campus leafleting policy a court rules that campus police must not restrict speech in public areas beyond the campus borders.
