Abstract: 

An alleged oral promise of an althetic scholarship by a soccer coach is held to be unenforceable, a student seeking residential status fails to qualify for in-state tuition rates based on university regulations, the First Amendment does not protect the inappropriate sexual references in the writings of student regarding his professor, an Indiana university disciplines students for serious anti-social acts committed against a fellow student in their off-campus apartment, a student alleges sexual assault at an off-campus party fails to establish liability on the part of the university, a nursing student\'s blog violates patient confidentiality and the Honor Code pledge of the nursing program, a student\'s request for accomodation of threatening behavior caused by a mental disorder is denied.
