Abstract: 

A plaintiff identified as “John Doe A” (hereafter referred as “Doe”) has sues Penn State, the charitable organization known as the Second Mile, and Gerald Sandusky, alleging that Sandusky sexually abused him and that Penn State and the Second Mile are legally responsible for at least a portion of the abuse.
