Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases dealing with campus issues involving a mother’s suit against a school over “peer grading” (student assignments not education records under FERPA), and a suit brought against Dartmouth by alumni over what was to be done with their donated funds (Dartmouth alumni claim foul over fundraising campaign).
