Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases dealing with campus issues involving a student’s lawsuit in the grounds of racial discrimination (student alleges racial discrimination after being expelled), a liability claim against a swim coach (university diving coach escapes liability for injury), a student’s lawsuit after falling down a staircase (public university not liable for injuries under New Jersey Charitable Immunity Act) and a negligence lawsuit against a college and fraternity (college, fraternity possibly liable for deliberate criminal attack).
