Abstract: 

Legislation and court cases addressing campus issues involving a student’s lawsuit after being assaulted at a party (fraternity not liable for assault at party), a student’s lawsuit on the grounds of sexual harassment after comments referring to her as Monica Lewinsky (“Monica Lewinsky” comments not sexual harassment), and a suit calling for University of Wisconsin to release applicant records (University of Wisconsin ordered to release applicant records).
